Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all things finance: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and ownership of strategic financial planning.
  • Partner with leadership to drive business growth through strategic financial planning and execution.
  • Build financial models that provide visibility into the future and inform smart business decisions.
  • Own investor and board reporting, ensuring clear and confident communication.
  • Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance function that scales with the business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance expertise, thinking big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Collaborative leader with experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives results.
