Expert Financial Planning and Consolidation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial planning and consolidation professional to join our team. As an Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS) specialist, you will design, configure, and deploy comprehensive financial solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend and implement new capabilities that enhance client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise planning and consolidation solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle EPM Cloud.
