Financial Close and Consolidation Expert

Implement Oracle FCCS solutions, focusing on project leadership, solution design, and technical capabilities. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes is essential.

  • Lead overall project and solution design
  • Guide project teams and conduct business requirement gathering sessions
  • Design and validate solutions, provide user training, and conduct testing
  • Develop project documents, such as BRDs, SDDs, test scripts, and manuals

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with a CA or MBA Finance degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with great presentation skills, are necessary for this position.

Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost management, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting would be an added advantage. Prior onsite projects experience in the GCC region would also be beneficial.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation
  • 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS
  • Strong understanding of integration capabilities between HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
  • CA or MBA Finance by qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and great presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Confident and assertive
