CashFlowOperations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our team by managing the end-to-end cash billing process, supplier PO and payment workflows, and driving data insights and reporting processes to inform decision-making and support business growth.

You will partner with project managers to deliver seamless billing, consolidate financial data into standardized reports, and support with generating insights from data. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance operations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of our hub team, working closely with the wider AP team in Singapore and rest of the Asia Pacific region. The position reports to senior director, business planning and operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end cash billing process, supplier PO and payment workflows
• Driving data insights and reporting processes to inform decision-making
• Partnering with project managers to deliver seamless billing
• Consolidating financial data into standardized reports
• Supporting with generating insights from data
