Job Title: Financial Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial strategy specialist to lead strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting for our marketing organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to inform investment decisions
  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies across the organization
  • Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and integrity in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred)
  • Bonus: Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance
