Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth as a Marketing Operations Manager by developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy, encompassing conferences, roadshows, micro-events, and partner webinars to drive net-new pipeline and accelerate in-funnel deals.

Measurable Goals
  • Deliver event-sourced qualified pipeline meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (pipeline $ & SQLs)
  • Achieve ≥150 % ROI on event spend (pipeline ÷ cost) while maintaining a specific cost-per-SQL threshold
Daily Partnerships

Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, PMM, Sales, SDR/LDR, RevOps, and external vendors.

Ownership Scope
  • Develop and manage the annual & quarterly event calendar, including budget planning, target audience focus, and vendor negotiation
  • Design and execute pre-event promotion, onsite brand experience, lead capture strategies
  • Implement post-event nurture workflows & reporting hygiene processes
  • Manage logistics, booth & collateral production for events

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. A Marketing Operations Manager must be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business success.
