">Conversion Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Consultant to drive admissions and placements for top UK universities. This pivotal role involves guiding students through the application process, providing expert advice on scholarship opportunities, and training internal teams on effective case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversions for Russell Group universities by handling offer holders and coordinating with counsellors.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarships to students and counsellors.
  • Coordinate regular training sessions for counsellors, ensuring they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, offering high-quality counselling and personalized guidance.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
