As a sharp, versatile Content Specialist, you will shape the voice of our organization and the global universities we represent.

This is a hands-on creative role where you will work closely with designers, marketers, and video teams to bring each university's offering to life through engaging and effective communication.

  • Write compelling copy across various marketing formats:
  • Google search and display ads
  • Social media ad captions
  • Brochures, flyers, and student handbooks
  • Website and landing page content
  • Email marketing
  • Video scripts (explainer, testimonial, promotional)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adapting tone and messaging to fit each university brand and campaign objective
  • Collaborating with design, performance marketing, and admissions teams to align messaging with audience needs
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
  • Optimizing existing copy for clarity, engagement, and conversions
  • Maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, while staying responsive to data and feedback

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience writing marketing copy, preferably in edtech, higher education, or a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social content, and multi-format campaigns
  • Ability to understand diverse audiences—from high schoolers to working professionals—and craft copy that resonates
  • Sharp attention to detail, grammar, and storytelling
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
