Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy.

This role will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, and business leaders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Executing on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction.
  • Engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required.
  • Leading program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders.
  • Engaging with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Supporting effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite).
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks.
  • Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs.
Desirable Skills

In addition to the above requirements, it would be desirable if you have:

  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union/works council considerations.
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organisation.
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field.
