Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional seeking a new challenge?

We are currently hiring for an Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial record-keeping and a keen eye for accuracy.

The position involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the broking industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling daily accounting entries, including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies
  • Reconciling client ledgers, broker accounts, bank statements, and depository records
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements, P&L, and balance sheet
  • Managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to the broking industry
  • Supporting audits (statutory, internal, and regulatory audits by SEBI/Exchanges)
  • Coordinating with operations and compliance teams for accounting-related queries

In addition, we require the following skills and qualifications:

  • CA intern / CA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a stock broking / financial services company)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, Exchanges), finalization of accounts GST filling etc
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or broker-specific back-office software)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines
