Hotel Operations Manager

The General Manager will oversee the entire hotel operations, ensuring efficient unit management. Strong leadership, operational excellence, and business acumen are required to deliver high-quality guest experiences, cost control, and profitability.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Food & Beverage Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering.
    • Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions to increase revenue.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
    • Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Rooms Division Management:
    • Manage room reservations, housekeeping, front office, and guest services.
    • Ensure maximum occupancy, yield management, and guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain rooms and amenities to high-quality standards.
    • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
    • Upkeep of room facilities including internet and gaming tools.
  • Leadership & People Management:
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team across hotel operations.
    • Implement SOPs and ensure consistent service delivery.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work culture.
  • Financial & Business Management:
    • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and forecasts.
    • Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control targets.
    • Identify business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
    • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
    • Build strong relationships with regular customers, vendors, and partners.
    • Implement guest feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain liaison with 3rd party booking platforms.
