Job Overview

The role of the Deputy Manager-Membership involves overseeing various activities related to membership compliance and supporting the team in achieving a zero-error work environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screen all applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors, and Transfer of membership.
  • Maintain accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
Additional Duties:
  • Process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
  • Keep records updated, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
Closure of Alerts and Database Management:
  • Closure of alerts in Trackwizz application without errors within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Maintain monthly database and MIS/Collation of data for SEBI/Internal Department.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputable Institute/University.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
Skills:
  • Proactive and result-oriented individual.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent execution skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to share learning and develop best practices across teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
