Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our organization maintains high standards of compliance. The role involves monitoring regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulators.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Support internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure organization-wide compliance.
  • Provide inputs on compliance risks during product development.

Requirements:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
