Job Title: Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in ensuring our organization's regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all statutory filings, including AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.
  • Develop and implement strategies for share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of board resolutions and statutory registers, ensuring seamless communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations and manage the upkeep of Books of Accounts.

GST Compliance:

  • Promote effective GST return filing practices (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B).
  • Cultivate annual return submissions (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) and CMP-08 returns, while expediting GST refund processing.
  • Negotiate clarifications and follow-ups with GST officers as required.

Income Tax Compliance:

  • Lead advance tax calculations, TDS deductions, and ITR filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis, driving informed decision-making.
  • Moderate tax audit procedures and coordinate documentation for scrutiny cases.

FEMA Compliance:

  • Elevate adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients, fostering a culture of regulatory awareness.
  • Streamline foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and facilitate coordination with AD banks.

UAE Compliance:

  • Oversee UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), emphasizing regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements are met, supporting business integrity.
  • Assist clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime, facilitating strategic growth.

RBI Guidelines:

  • Monitor and ensure RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings, maintaining regulatory excellence.
  • Prepare and submit relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR, promoting efficient communication with AD Category-I banks.
