Financial Reporting & Governance

- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
- Manage operational and regulatory risks

Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with promoters
- Strengthen ties with investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Experience, Education & Other Info

- Minimum 20 years of finance leadership experience with strong business controlling and financial management exposure
- At least 5 years as a Business Controller or Finance Leader in a large organization.
- Educational qualifications: CA or ICWA; MBA is an added advantage.
