Job Title: Senior Investigator for Workplace Conduct

About the Role

As a key member of Amazon's Employee Relations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a fair and respectful work environment. The team's objective is to uphold Amazon's core values and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive HR issues, including interviewing employees, reviewing evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports. Provide recommendations for remedial actions and implement solutions to address workplace harassment concerns.

• Develop and propose effective remedial actions based on investigation findings, ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.

• Build and maintain a pool of trained investigators within the PXT (HR) team, providing opportunities for growth and development. Independently manage and assign cases to ensure timely closure and resolution.

• Collaborate with global teams, Labour and Employment legal leadership, and Amazon legal leadership to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Analyze aggregate data to identify trends and areas for proactive risk mitigation.

• Offer strategic recommendations to the business to proactively address systemic issues, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience at Amazon (blue badge/FTE)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in conducting investigative work, developing policies, and supporting documentation (desired)

What We Offer
