Job Overview

The role of an HR Executive is pivotal in managing various aspects of human capital within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
    • Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts.
    • Address employee grievances and concerns.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to employees.
    • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
    • Conduct periodic performance reviews.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the organization.
    • Plan and coordinate training programs.
    • Facilitate employee development initiatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
    • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
    • Stay informed about industry trends in compensation and benefits.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records.
    • Manage HR databases and systems.
    • Handle documentation related to personnel actions.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
    • Organize team-building activities and events.
    • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Implement and monitor workplace health and safety programs.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Investigate and report workplace accidents.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives.
    • Work with senior management on workforce planning.
    • Provide HR insights for organizational decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
