Enterprise Agile Team Facilitator

Job Description:

Our client seeks an experienced Enterprise Agile Team Facilitator to join their Data Management Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilitating Agile methodologies within complex enterprise environments, particularly in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering teams.

This role involves working closely with various lines of business, including Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science. The successful facilitator must be able to navigate across teams effectively as priorities and deliverables change.

Given the blended onshore and offshore developer setup, strong time management skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative Agile environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and open communication among team members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Agile frameworks, principles, and best practices, ensuring seamless integration into the organization's existing processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and drive project requirements forward.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure adherence to Agile principles, and help the team continuously improve its process.
