Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.

This role involves overseeing the development process and ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Agile Process Facilitation: Lead the development team in using Agile practices, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
  • Project Management: Manage project progress using Agile tools and techniques, measure and report on the effectiveness of the Agile process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team's progress and any issues, manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sprint Planning: Conduct regular sprint planning sessions with the development team to ensure that everyone understands the tasks to be completed during the sprint.
  • Daily Stand-ups: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of each other's tasks and progress.
  • Sprint Reviews: Conduct sprint review meetings to demonstrate the working software and receive feedback from stakeholders.
