Senior Project Lead - Agile Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead with a strong background in Agile methodologies to oversee the successful execution of our international project in Chennai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.

The role requires:

  • Strategic planning and project management;
  • Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure iterative delivery;
  • Identifying and mitigating obstacles hindering team progress;
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring alignment with project objectives;
  • Utilizing Azure DevOps dashboards to track and visualize team metrics.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience as an Agile project manager (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with +5 years of experience;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment.
