Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and be able to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Agile Project Manager
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Facilitate meetings daily scrum sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective
  • Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication
  • Action orientation and follow through Facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in Removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach for example numerous Burndown technologies various Retrospective formats handling bugs etc
  • Working in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 Online experience is required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution
  • Continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
