Job Title: Agile Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to support business operations.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Process Extensions (PXs) using Java for Agile PLM 9.3.6, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Customize workflows, events, and triggers using the Agile Software Development Kit (SDK), enhancing system efficiency and performance.
  • Perform unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support data exchange and synchronization across SAP, Visual, Enovia, and other enterprise systems.
  • Write detailed technical specifications for customizations and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support for Agile PLM applications, troubleshooting issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Review and maintain Agile ACS code and SDK-based customizations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Create event scripts and Groovy scripts for workflow automation, streamlining business processes.
  • Customize Agile Web Client UI to improve usability, enhancing user experience.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring effective solution implementation.
  • Recompile and redeploy existing PXs during version upgrades, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Ensure smooth deployment across development, staging, and production environments, guaranteeing high uptime and availability.
  • Utilize Agile Import/Export tools, SDK, or direct database staging for bulk data loads or data updates, optimizing system performance.
  • Validate migrated data for completeness and integrity, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Analyze and resolve application errors related to custom PXs, integrations, or performance issues, resolving technical roadblocks promptly.
  • Perform log analysis (WebLogic logs, Agile PLM logs) for root cause investigation, identifying and addressing underlying issues.
  • Optimize PXs, queries, and scripts to minimize execution time, impacting system performance positively.
  • Assist in load testing for large-scale Agile PLM deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom developments, integrations, and scripts, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Develop deployment guides for moving code from Dev → QA → Production, ensuring efficient transition and minimal downtime.
  • Keep version control of all custom artifacts, tracking changes and updates efficiently.
  • Refactor or rebuild incompatible PXs and web services, ensuring compatibility and stability.
  • Support regression testing for technical components, verifying functionality and performance post-deployment.
  • Contribute to Tomcat server application development, expanding system capabilities and features.
