Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for payments to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Case Development: Develop comprehensive test cases for various payment platforms, ensuring thorough testing of payment processing systems.
  • Testing Environment Management: Manage non-production environments for each test phase, ensuring seamless testing and validation.
  • Quality Assurance and UATs: Collaborate with business and technical groups to run QA and UATs, identifying defects and providing actionable insights.
  • Test Failure Resolution: Analyze and resolve test failures, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Payments: 7+ years of experience in payments Business and/or Technical Analyst roles, with specific expertise in Swift and Fiserv payment platforms.
  • SWIFT ISO/CBPR+ Adoption: Experience in SWIFT ISO/CBPR+ adoption, including Swift MT-MX message creation, transformation, and enrichment.
  • Payment Hub and Routing Systems: Experience with payment hub and routing systems, including Fiserv EPP, GTX, Prowide, BESS, etc.
  • JIRA and Confluence Integration: Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence.
  • Agile Project Environment: Experience working in Agile project environments.
