Strategic Business Development Manager

We are a fast-growing recruitment firm, and we're seeking a strategic and driven professional to spearhead our business development efforts.
About the RoleYou will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base, foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver customized recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client portfolio. Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for recruitment services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Education: A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client management. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients. A goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
