Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
">As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfactory experience with our products.
">- Provide top-notch technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
- Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
- Help customers with the download, installation, and activation (DIA) of products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
">Fast-paced environment. Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
">Required Skills:
