Job Title:

Senior Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Market Activation Manager with 8 years of experience in digital transformation to lead the development and execution of comprehensive business readiness and Go-to-Market plans for new features and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire launch lifecycle, from pre-launch planning and compliance to post-launch analysis and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage robust business readiness plans, including change impact assessments, Go-to-Market strategies, training, and communications plans.
  • Produce Go-to-Market plans with clear KPIs to ensure the smooth delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Oversee business readiness activities for the launch of new features on digital channels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory approvals.
  • Support markets with internal and external communications, provide training for frontline staff, and lead migration and implementation planning.
  • Lead post-launch activities, including Hypercare reporting, and track customer responses and operational performance.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Track MI (Management Information) and analytics reporting to measure business benefits post-launch.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation programs, with a focus on online and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile cross-functional teams and the delivery of digital change at scale.
  • A background in risk management, compliance, and securing regulatory approvals.
  • Experience in MI & analytics reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team management, recruitment, and performance coaching.
  • The ability to produce comprehensive Go-to-Market plans with KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Expertise in process improvement, change management, and migration planning.
  • Experience in the financial services domain (banking, wealth, insurance).
