  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with efficiency.
  2. Build and deploy microservices from scratch ensuring reliability and performance.
  3. Determine and implement suitable storage solutions depending on use case.
  4. Optimize server performance focusing on low latency and high throughput.
  5. Implement monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies using industry-standard tools.
  6. Work with asynchronous programming and understand Python internals.
  7. Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute when needed.
  8. Ensure clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with proper documentation.
">Requirements:">
  1. 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
  2. Proven experience building and scaling microservices architecture.
  3. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  4. Deep understanding of database design.
  5. Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
  6. Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Willingness to occasionally contribute to frontend development.
