Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to craft and maintain scalable backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance systems using Spring Boot microservices and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Work with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL including query optimization and data modeling.
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
