Key Responsibilities

  • Produce custom written complaint responses to mitigate financial and reputational risk
  • Manage multiple complex complaints concurrently, ensuring timely resolution and updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various business partners to drive process development and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze complaint data, create reports, and disseminate insights to inform business decisions
  • Consistently adhere to quality standards, productivity standards, and risk/compliance standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in transfer agent operations, risk management, or regulatory compliance
  • Extensive knowledge of legacy EQ and AST systems, including CSW, Cares, and Sirius
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • High comprehension of risk and compliance requirements, risk mitigation measures, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in pivot tables, charts, and other advanced features

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
