Customer Support Professional

This is a fast-paced internship that will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and support.

  • We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Role: Customer Support Intern

Location: Remote

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Net take home: ₹14,200
  • Post PGDM CTC: ₹3.5LPA-₹4.5LPA including Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Managing candidate inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat
  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Educating candidates on the documentation process
  • Documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Shift Structure:

  • 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you'll work six days a week Monday-Saturday
  • Night Shifts & Weekends: While not a regular requirement, there may be times when you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays
