Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other productivity tools.
