  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Relevant educational background
  • 1-3 years of work experience

This role is based in an office environment and candidates should be willing to relocate to Vadodara or surrounding areas. We are committed to maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
