Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to oversee the development and deployment of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects. They will be responsible for coordinating with developers and client contacts, performing QA testing, and ensuring that emails render well across various devices.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will also be responsible for guiding clients on account protocols, processing and uploading distribution lists, and pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is a remote position, and the working hours will be 6:00 pm – 3:30 am IST (8:30 am - 6:00 pm ET).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Preferably, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment; specifically, at an agency
  • Ability and desire to work with a high degree of independence and ownership in a geographically distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support the US East Coast business hours (8:30 am - 6:00 pm ET)
  • Advanced English level

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, and helping implement them, as well as identifying trends in client campaigns for reporting, and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
