About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to spearhead our digital efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for political clients, leveraging insights from analytics and market research to inform content and messaging strategies.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy, content calendars, and paid advertising campaigns to optimize reach and engagement across platforms.
  • Oversee graphic/video teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with field teams to amplify campaign messages through real-time digital activations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing digital operations for political or election campaigns, with a track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media tools, ad dashboards, and analytics software is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
