About the Role

Join our crew as a Performance Marketing Manager and contribute to driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms. Your skills will be put to the test in a fast-paced environment where data and storytelling come together to create impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own the paid media budget - making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset - you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
