Job Overview

The Senior Manager role is a key position within the organization, responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing existing lender relationships.

This individual will be instrumental in executing end-to-end transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise debt from financial institutions, AIFs, banks, and other lenders through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including financial models and risk assessments, to secure funding.
  • Coordinate with lenders to address queries and concerns related to credit proposals.
  • Manage existing lender relationships, ensuring timely compliance and reporting.
  • Oversee liquidity and investment portfolio management, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong background in finance, preferably with a CA or MBA degree.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or fintech environment.
  • Hands-on experience in debt raising and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
