Job Title: HR Team Lead

Job Description:

The role of the HR Team Lead is to oversee the implementation of human resource policies and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes developing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
  • Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
  • Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
  • Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
  • Directly interact with the store staffs, Implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
  • Cycle improvement process; regular feedback from team members and acting promptly on it to improve relations at workplace
  • Coach the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organisation.
  • Should be able to travel across the country for staff meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience. Preferably from Large format Business;
  • Ability to manage big teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be able to converse in Hindi and English.
