**Client Servicing Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to partner with leading brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content, social media & influencer ecosystem and excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign concepts & content ideas tailored to brand goals
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies end-to-end
  • Work with scriptwriters & refine scripts yourself for stronger narratives
  • Brief creators to deliver high-quality, brand-ready content
  • Act as the client-facing point of contact, ensuring smooth communication & campaign progress updates
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while scaling campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and deliver results

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Client Servicing
  • Strong understanding of content, social media & influencer ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to think creatively while staying execution-focused
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end
