Business Leadership Opportunity

We seek a strategic leader to spearhead our growth over the next 24 months. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for building and scaling our brand across multiple channels.

  • Develop a multi-channel growth strategy that encompasses D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, and exports.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Own profit and loss responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.
  • Drive large institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
  • Expand gifting programs for corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Explore international markets through export partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives.
  • Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering Himalayan communities.
  • Measure and communicate social impact along with business success.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel (D2C + B2B + partnerships).
  • Strong profit and loss, business development, and operational management experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates, institutions, and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands is a plus.
