Key Role: Business Development for Branding

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our growth and success by acquiring new clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.

This role is about concept selling, brand storytelling, and creating trust with senior decision makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and acquiring new clients through targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across various sectors.
  2. Reaching out through networks, industry events, and referrals, shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
  3. Diagnosing problems, framing our agency as the right solution partner, and crafting compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Anchoring pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, and taking responsibility for converting them into live engagements.
  • Selling ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.

In the first ninety days, success will look like building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects.

By the end of the first quarter, you should be consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
