Job Title: Major Incident Manager-Hyderabad Loc

As a seasoned Incident Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's efforts to minimize business impact during critical situations. With your expertise, you will analyze and facilitate immediate response to incidents affecting groups of end users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on moderately complex to complex incidents, including significant events and management communications.
  • Actively engaging other IT groups and/or Business partners to drive service restoration as soon as possible.
  • Creating documentation for incident details per exit criteria to Problem Management.
  • Communicating incident status to various levels of the organization.
  • Providing direction and coaching to technical support employees involved in the incident.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading matrixed groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership with organizational presence, authority, and responsibility to prioritize, track, and drive execution in stressful situations.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure components and interrelationships associated with support of WAN, network access and authentication, email, and other collaboration products/SaaS solutions.
