SailPoint Specialist Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled SailPoint expert to support, maintain and enhance our Identity and Access Management platform.

  • Handle support tickets, troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop, modify and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes and fixes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
