Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to facilitate seamless project execution. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements through various techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and alignment of project goals.
  • Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including wireframes, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, identify and track project dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously document test findings, and provide actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and systems, including developing training materials and providing end-user support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in a product-based company.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management principles.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, and documentation tools like Confluence or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
