**Job Title:** Business Process Designer

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for the analysis, development, and improvement of business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and propose solutions to optimize business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide deep knowledge and experience in business process design and optimization.
  • Advisory Role: Leverage your influencing and advisory skills to guide teams and make key decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions that meet business needs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and propose strategies to optimize effectiveness.
  • System Testing & Support: Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to the development team and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functionality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of processes and methodologies over time.
  • Tool Selection & Integration: Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems and platforms.
  • System testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
