Territory Sales Representative

**Job Description**
Focusing on targeted sales generation, you will be responsible for primary and secondary sales within a designated area on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling distributors and promoters for sales generation.
- Frequent follow-ups with distributors to monitor existing orders.
- Reviewing sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Suggesting product improvements based on industry trends to management.
- Preparing sales reports and sending them to reporting authorities in a timely manner.
- Maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and distribution.
- Field-based work with a focus on retail sales.
- Industry background in FMCG.
