Job Description:

Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns for influencers.

You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes of campaigns. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Identify and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Evaluate campaign deliverables and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
