As an analyst, you will play a critical role in measuring ROI, understanding audience impact, and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing influencer campaign data from multiple sources.
  • Preparing visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identifying high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Working closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Building predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conducting competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Providing post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics experience is a plus).
  • Excellent MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
