Service Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional service experiences across our network. This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, foster a customer-centric culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in managing service delivery operations, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
