Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a critical role that oversees the production process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
This position plays a key part in managing and coordinating the activities of production teams, ensuring that production targets are met and workloads are adjusted as needed to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate production activities to optimize productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency.
- Schedule work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels to meet production demands.
- Oversight of the production process ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adjust workloads to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain high product quality standards by coordinating with the Quality Control team for regular inspections.
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Enforce safety policies through regular meetings and training sessions.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement production strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Proven track record of supervising production teams and meeting production targets.
- Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
