Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role

The Driver Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining a healthy supply of drivers across various cities. This involves building strong relationships with local authorities, conducting market share analysis, and developing strategies to improve our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a robust driver network
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency
  • Managing large fleets and implementing acquisition and retention strategies
  • Developing and executing market expansion plans
  • Identifying and addressing supply gaps in different areas
  • Traveling extensively to manage on-ground operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing operational teams
  • Grittiness: Willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges
  • Ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience required
